*Scott Peterson – General Manager and Head Golf Professional – PGA Certified Professional

Scott Peterson is the general manager of Clustered Spires Golf Club’s facilities.  He is currently a Class A PGA professional.  He has been employed at Clustered Spires since 2012 and has been an invaluable asset to the golf club.  Although Scott teaches adults in private and  group settings,  his expertise is that of a junior instructor and his focus is to become one of the most proficient junior instructors in the area.   His friendly demeanor and desire for everyone to enjoy their golf experience epitomizes what we strive for everyday at Clustered Spires.

*William “Bill” Springirth- Golf Course Superintendent

Bill has been an extremely important part of the management team here at Clustered Spires Golf Course.  Year after year Clustered Spires has been well known mainly for one thing, the excellent course conditions.  This has been the case since his employment in August 1997 as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and the position of Golf Course Superintendent in 2005.  Prior to his arrival at Clustered Spires, Bill spent 5 years as a Golf Course Technician at the Chevy Chase Club.  He is a Class A member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) as well as a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association Golf Course Superintendents (MAGCS.) He attended the Institute of Applied Agriculture at the UMD under the Golf Course Management program and Penn State World Campus, Advance Turfgrass Management. Bill holds a certification in Maryland as a Pesticide and Fertilizer applicator. He strives to be an environmental steward while providing a green space for patrons and a friendly habitat for wildlife.

*Jennifer Morton – Pro Shop Manager

Jenn has over 30 years of retail experience, including multi-store management. She has built her career on hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to customer service. Her background in fashion retail developed expertise in merchandising, sales performance, and creating welcoming environments that serve a diverse customer base.
Jenn joined us in 2018 as Pro Shop Manager.  Her priority is ensuring every golfer has a great experience at the club. Golf has been part of her family’s history, giving her a deep appreciation for the game and the community it creates. While she considers herself a novice player, she takes pride in being in service to golfers of all skill levels — from first-time players to seasoned regulars.

With over 35 years in the food and beverage industry, Tara has built a career around creativity, leadership and delivering memorable guest experiences.  As the Food and Beverage Manager, her focus is on blending quality, efficiency and an atmosphere to create spaces where people truly enjoy coming together.  She is passionate about the details that elevate service from good to exceptional. After more than three decades, Tara is still inspired by the energy of hospitality and always looking for new ways to bring great ideas to the table.
