Hole 8

#8 is a narrow tee shot to a slightly uphill fairway sets up the approach on this longish par 4. The safe line is down the right but that is protected by two trees that can affect the second shot. The long green has a significant ridge running across it about a third of the way on. The portion of the putting surface between the front of the green and the ridge is severely sloped and getting the speed and line right is crucial when putting to a front pin. The back two thirds of the green has subtle sloping until approaching the back edge where it becomes significant. Four is a good score here.
